Restaurants require mandatory inspections every 6 months, otherwise the fire marshals are able to give up to $50,000 fines without notice.

Inspection is based on volume and cooling frequency. (Amount of plates per day)

  • Solid food cooking operation systems (Monthly)
  • High volume cooking operations (Quarterly)
  • Moderate volume cooking operations (Semi-annually)
  • Low volume cooking operations (Annually)
